No — we are not closing. Our Plymouth Road branch is relocating to a brand new building less than a mile down the road. We are still happily serving you with a new facility.
We invested in a newly built facility to give our Plymouth Road members an even better experience — more space, modern services, and a branch we're proud to call home in this community.
The existing Plymouth Road Branch will close to members on Saturday, May 2nd. The new branch will officially open on Monday, May 4th.
The new Plymouth Road Branch is located at 2935 Plymouth Road, Ann Arbor MI — less than a mile from the existing location. It is easy to find and even easier to get to.

No — your branch phone number stays exactly the same. Nothing changes on your end for reaching us by phone.

Not at all. Your accounts, routing number, account numbers, debit card, and membership status are completely unaffected by the move.
The ATM at the existing Plymouth Road Branch will no longer be available after Saturday May 2nd. The new branch has a fully equipped ATM available starting Monday May 4th. You can also use any UMCU branch ATM or our ATM network — check our website or app for the nearest location.
Hours are unchanged. Hours will also be listed on our website and Google Business Profile.
Yes, we have parking at the new branch. We want to make sure your first visit is easy — don't hesitate to ask a team member if you need any help on your first stop.
Yes! Your familiar UMCU team members will be right there with you in the new branch. We are the same team, same purpose, just a new location.
